Coming to France
A new season is being prepared.
Institut Biblique is currently in production and being prayerfully developed as a future part of Life City France.
This will be an in-person video Bible school designed to establish believers in the Word of God, strengthen faith, develop spiritual maturity, and help raise up leaders for France and the nations.
There is a tremendous amount of work happening behind the scenes as video classes, books, and teaching materials are translated into French and prepared for future students. Each class subject is accompanied by a corresponding book that strengthens and supports the teaching material, creating a rich and well-rounded learning experience.
The official launch date for Institut Biblique will be announced in the future.
All classes at Bible Institute are offered simultaneously in both French and English.
The History of Bible Institute
The vision for Bible Institute began in 1995 when the Lord placed it in the hearts of Pastors Mark and Rhonda Garver for the purpose of training and equipping strong, godly leaders within their church.
Pastors Mark and Rhonda Garver are graduates of RHEMA Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA, and currently pastor Cornerstone Word of Life Church (CWOL) in Madison, Alabama. For many years, they have faithfully taught and preached the Word of God with the power and demonstration of the Holy Spirit while ministering in churches, conferences, and Bible schools both in the United States and internationally.
The direction they received from the Lord was to provide students with a solid foundation in the Word of God so they would be prepared to fulfill the individual calling and purpose God had for their lives.
Bible Institute was designed as a two-year program consisting of 24 classes covering a variety of biblical subjects. Each course was created to help students grow into spiritually mature, well-rounded believers equipped with the wisdom, tools, and leadership skills necessary to help and disciple others.
Although the school was not originally intended to be a ministerial training program, many students recognized and discovered the call of God upon their lives while attending. From the very beginning, it became clear that deeper biblical teaching in this type of focused environment allowed believers to grow stronger spiritually and become more effective in fulfilling God’s plan for their lives.
Over the years, many testimonies have been received from graduates whose lives were transformed through Bible Institute, and this vision continues to grow and impact lives today.

As part of Life City France, David and Carol Joy Breed are working to establish Institut Biblique locations throughout France.
They will serve as directors and overseers of the French schools, helping lead the translation, organization, development, and future expansion of Institut Biblique throughout the nation.
This includes translating video teachings, books, study materials, and other resources into French while preparing a new generation of believers and leaders throughout France.
We believe this is more than a school.
It is a place where people will be strengthened in the Word of God, grow in relationship with the Holy Spirit, discover God’s purpose for their lives, and be equipped to impact their generation.

Instituto Biblico in Chile, South America
Pastors Mark and Rhonda Garver were Chile in 2010, on the night that the conference that the Garver’s come to hold each year ended, the February 27 earthquake occurred in Chile, and Pastor Mark was unable to return to the United States for several days. It was during that time that the Lord spoke to his heart saying "just as the earthquake shook this earth, I will shake it with my Word! " and led him to start the Bible Institute in the nation of Chile. Beginning with only 2 campuses (churches) now it has over 24 campuses in the nation of Chile and a campus on Easter Island.

Institut Biblique - France
Bible Institute was started by Pastors Mark and Rhonda Garver in 1996. For over 25 years it has been very successful with over 24 Bible Institute schools in USA and Chile.
Bible Institute is a two-year school focused on teaching biblical principles in a concentrated format.
The vision for Bible Institute is to impart revelation from the Word of God, and anointings and impartations of the Spirit of God, that will enable and equip you to accomplish all God has called you to do.
This vision enables us to fulfill what God has called us to do, which is, “Raising a generation, from infant to adults, to know Him and make Him known”.
Our graduates gain so much over the two years of attending Bible Institute. Some of the things the students mentioned receiving are: a greater knowledge of the Word of God, greater understanding of how to apply that knowledge in everyday life, increased faith, how to be led by the Spirit, how to witness to others, and more determination to believe God’s Word even when your way seems dark.
